PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent charging by grounding a rear plate to a body part for safety, and also to dispense with the complicated work at attachment and detachment of the rear plate. SOLUTION: A metal fitting 3 for grounding is attached to the rear side of the rear plate 1b, corresponding to one point out of the internal thread parts 1c of the body 1a with a screw 4 so that its recess 3b lies upon the small-diameter part of the hooking hole 1d of the rear plate 1b, and a thumbscrew 2, threaded into the recess 3b and the hooking hole 1d, is screwed into the internal thread part 1c of the body 1a, whereby the grounding metal fitting 3 and the rear plate 1b are fastened to the body 1a.
