PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an iron core for a cylindrical coil, capable of improving the yield of a material and efficiently manufacturing the iron core for the cylindrical coil by simple equipment. SOLUTION: The width of an iron plate 6 is set to a fixed width roughly equal to the total of the widths of respective iron plate pieces 11-29 constituting the iron core 1 for the cylindrical coil. The iron plate 6 is parted to form belt-like iron plates 91-109 respectively corresponding to the respective iron plate pieces 11-29. The belt-like iron plates 91-109 are lined such that the wide belt-like iron plate is the center and the narrow belt-like iron plates are successively arranged toward both outer sides of the direction that mutual front and back surfaces face each other. Thus, the column cross section of the iron core 1 for the cylindrical coil is formed. The arranged belt-like iron plates 91-109 are laminated and fixed to obtain a laminate 9. The laminate 9 is cut at a prescribed interval in an axial direction. The cut laminate 9 is turned to the iron core 1 for the cylindrical coil. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
