PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bioprobe with microneedle and a production method thereof, especially, a bioprobe as a tool of high function and for functional elucidation of biomolecules and cells and a production method of the bioprobe. SOLUTION: The bioprobe with the microneedle comprises an elastic cantilever part of a cantilever-shape and supported with a supporting part, and a hollow needle part monolithically formed with the cantilever part at almost the chip end of the cantilever part, wherein a hollow flow path communicated with the hollow needle part is possessed by the cantilever part and the supporting part and the longitudinal direction of the cantilever part is not paralleled with the longitudinal direction of the needle part, and the production method of the probe is provided.
