PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate difficulty of working to reduce a magnetic oscillation element in size as a magnetic sensor, and deterioration of SN ratio due to a magnetic thermal noise. SOLUTION: The magnetic sensor includes: a first magnetization fixed layer, in which magnetization is fixed; a first magnetization oscillating layer; a first non-magnetic layer arranged between the first magnetization fixed layer and the first magnetization oscillating layer; and a pair of electrodes for perpendicularly supplying electric power to film surfaces of the first magnetization fixed layer, the first magnetization oscillating layer and the first non-magnetic layer. This magnetic sensor has the magnetic oscillator in which an oscillation frequency changes depending on the magnitude of an external magnetic field and an oscillator which is arranged near this magnetic oscillator and oscillates with a frequency close to the oscillation frequency of the magnetic oscillator, and obtains, by supplying power, a high frequency oscillation signal generated on both ends of the magnetic oscillator and the arranged oscillator.
