PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eject locking mechanism which achieves cost reduction and comfortable operability while achieving a stable eject operation in a thin optical disk drive. SOLUTION: The eject locking mechanism comprises three drive arm sections of; a locking arm which fixes a disk tray by engaging with a locking member prepared at a case side; a driving arm which moves the locking arm to a location of engagement or release of engagement by joining the driving arm; and a reset arm 34 which returns a solenoid having a movable plunger which is engaged with the driving arm and a plunger of the solenoid. The reset arm comprises a driving arm section 341 and an elastic section 342 which are integrally formed by plastic etc., and this elastic section has U-shaped sections and secures stability of spring biasing force by narrowing mutual distance of U-shaped sections when the driving arm section rotates.
