PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network storage computer system creating snap shot data, by which a computer system can be surely started, for quickly restoring the computer. SOLUTION: The snap shot data maintaining consistency of data are created in a storage 12 of a data center site (a site 10) and in a storage 22 of a backup center site (a site 20) by cooperation with a cache of an operating system of the computer 31, a cache device 32 and the storages 12 and 22. In occurrence of trouble in an office site (a site 30), a computer of an alternative office site is started from the snap shot data of the data center site (the site 10). In occurrence of trouble in the data center site (the site 10), a computer in the office site (the site 30) is started again from the snap shot data of the backup center site (the site 20), and work can be restarted.
