PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for distributing and executing program codes in a controller network whose reliability is more high and which can be realized easily and inexpensively. SOLUTION: In the system and a method which distribute and execute program codes (P1 and P2) in a controller network, at least one controller (SG1) can transmit an original code (P1) to at least one another controller (SG2) detecting a defect of original hardware, and the transmitted code (P1) can be executed at the controller (SG2) of transmission destination.
