PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a robot controller obtaining information on an external I/O device in real time while a plurality of computer coexist. SOLUTION: The robot controller 106A includes: a drive control computer 202; an instruction input computer 201; an I/O control part 207 having a control register 210 writing or reading data from both the drive control computer 202 and the instruction input computer 201, and controlling the external I/O device 105 by connecting the external I/O device 105 and accessing the control register 210; and an access control part 206 connected to both the drive control computer 202 and the instruction input computer 201 for controlling whether to write data to the control register 210.
