PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously shape an embossed shape with the depth of the shape being relatively shallow in relation to the total thickness of a sheet in good shape accuracy at a high shaping rate on the surface of the sheet. SOLUTION: When a thermoplastic resin melted/kneaded by an extruder 11 is discharged in a shape of a sheet through a T die 12, one surface of the sheet article 16 is cooled by a first cooling/molding roll 13, the other surface of the sheet article 16 is pressed/nipped by a second cooling/molding roll 14 with an embossment shape formed, and the embossed shape sheet 16 with the embossment shape of a shallow groove depth transferred/given is molded continuously. Wherein the sheet article 16 immediately after being discharged from the T die 12 is irradiated/heated by an external heater 18 set in the gap between the T die 12 and the second cooling/molding roll 14.
