PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent-quality product by manufacturing a nozzle with higher accuracy at low costs to realize a fine and cost-reduced plasma display panel. SOLUTION: The nozzle is used for coating a substrate by discharging a coating liquid from a discharge hole, and comprises a manifold component forming a coating liquid storage part for internally storing a coating liquid and a plate-like discharge hole forming component having a plurality of discharge holes disposed in the longitudinal direction of the nozzle nearly linearly. The manifold component and the discharge hole forming component are joined with a joining surface, and the joining surface of the joining part is composed of a curved surface or two or more flat surfaces.
