PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulsion-type liquid bathing agent having high skin moisturizing effect and giving bathwater having transparent whey color. SOLUTION: The emulsion-type liquid bathing agent contains (A) 10-45 mass% of an oily component containing 10-40 mass% hydrocarbon oil containing petrolatum in the bathing agent and (B) 0.1-5 mass% of a polyoxyethylene 10-14C alkyl phosphate or its salt containing≥35 mol% monoester, and has a median particle diameter of the emulsion particles of 0.1-0.4μm.
