PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid heating device capable of increasing the temperature of liquid of desired amount to a desired temperature in a short time in the compact liquid heating device of a simple constitution. SOLUTION: In this liquid heating device 1 comprising a heater portion 6 constituted by sealing a carbon wire heating element 8 in a silica glass tube 7, and a heating tube 2 having the heater portion 6 inside, and heating the liquid W supplied to the heating tube 2, the heating tube 3 comprises an inner tube 4 formed on an outer periphery of the heater portion 6, an outer tube 3 formed on the outer periphery of the inner tube 4, and a liquid flow channel 5 formed in a space between the inner tube 4 and the outer tube 3 and communicated with a lead-in port 3a and a lead-out port 3b for the liquid W, and the liquid introduced from the lead-in port 3a to the liquid flow channel 5 is heated by the heater portion 6, and led out from the lead-out portion 3b.
