PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vertical gas supply and exhaust system for a forced gas supply and exhaust combustion equipment, capable of being vertically installed passing through a roof in use for completely treating rain water and drain water. SOLUTION: When installing a gas supply and exhaust pipe in the vertical direction after passing through the roof 103, a roof passing-through member 26 is mounted on a roof passing-through portion for perpendicularly adjusting the gas supply and exhaust pipe independently of the inclination of the roof 103. An exhaust top 2 and a supply top 3 are mounted on the roof passing-through member 26, a rain cover 15 is mounted on a supply port 16a, and an exhaust port 12 is inserted into an exhaust chamber 4 of the exhaust top 2.
