Method fOR PRODUCING catalyst of gas-phase condensation of carbonyl compounds with formaldehyde

A method for producing catalyst of gas-phase condensation of carbonyl compounds with formaldehyde by impregnation of silica gel with solutions of the compounds of alkali metals with subsequent desiccation and roasting. A mixture of NaHPOand CsCOin mass ratio of 1: (1.5-2.25) is used as compound of alkali metals in amount of 10–13 wt. % from the weight of silica gel. Roasting is carried out at a temperature of 400-450 °C.
