A connector for circuit board interconnection capable of easily aligning the pitch between conductive paths with the pitch between electrodes of a circuit board is provided. The connector for circuit board interconnection comprises a rectangular-parallelepiped-shaped connection element (9) in which a plurality of conductive paths are provided on a rectangular-parallelepiped-shaped insulating base at insulation intervals and a connector housing (11) which is mounted on a first circuit board (1) and contains the rectangular-parallelepiped-shaped connection element (9). The connector housing (11) allows the conductive path portion of the rectangular-parallelepiped-shaped connection binder (9) to be electrically connected to a first connection electrode provided on the first circuit board (1), receives the board portion in which a second connection electrode of a second circuit board (5) is provided, and brings the conductive path portion of the rectangular-parallelepiped-shaped connection binder (9) into contact with the second connection electrode thereof.
