A method for realizing information transfer in a wireless communication system, comprises: in an OFDM communication system which exists both OFDMA and CDMA service channels in the reverse channels simultaneously, the single-bit information waiting to be sent in the forward control channel is spreaded, and scrambled with user information; and then the information sequence obtained after the spreading and scrambling processing is performed an OFDM modulation processing, and then the modulated information is transmitted through the antenna. Also a device for realizing information transfer in a wireless communication system is provided.
