There are provided, in an information delivery system having a plurality of information processing apparatuses which can mutually communicate through a network and a registration apparatus which holds at least one or more common information pieces so as to be used in common with the plurality of information processing apparatuses,
a means for receiving common information subjected to record instruction, a means for receiving record instruction information, premiere time information and evaluation value information, a means for recording the common information thus received in association with the premiere time information and the evaluation value information, a means for selecting an information processing apparatus which indicates record of the common information subjected to the record instruction, a means for transmitting the common information to the information processing apparatus thus selected, a means for updating the evaluation value, a means for sending record instruction information which instructs to record the evaluation value after update, the premiere time information and the common information in the information processing apparatus thus selected.
