A mobile apparatus comprising a GPS device and a tracking module, the tracking module comprising: a GPS device manager for activating the GPS device in order to obtain GPS satellite signals, for transferring the GPS satellite signals to a location determination device for determining a location of the mobile apparatus, and for transferring the determined location data of the mobile apparatus to a tracking system for tracking the location of the mobile apparatus.
