A hand-held pupilometer comprises image capturing means 12, illumination means 13, illuminating stimulation means 14, image processing software, a hand-grip, a display 26 and command means, the illumination means generating and emitting light of a first wave-length, and the stimulation means generating and emitting light of a second wavelength. In use, the illumination means shines light towards the eyeball and the user views an image of the eye displayed on the display means, the image having been captured by said capture means and processed by said image processing software. |
