Biometric analysis system, methods, apparatus and software using biometric analysis

A method of biometric analysis comprising: sampling, either continuously or at discrete intervals, input data relating to a parameter associated with the use of an input means of a user operated device; processing the input data to generate a metric based on at least one parameter of the user's use of the input means; performing correlation analysis of the metric with respect to a stored biometric analysis datum, generating output data as a result of the correlation analysis; and outputting the output data. The input means is preferably a digital pen in conjunction with digital paper, with the input data being the user's handwriting. Also disclosed is that the results of the biometric analysis are used to determine not only the identity of the user but also their mood and if a medical examination is needed.
