Provided is a circuit device wherein operation of a built-in electric circuit is stabilized. The hybrid integrated circuit device (10) is provided with a plurality of circuit boards (11A, 11B, 11C) arranged on a substantially the same flat plane. On an upper plane of each of the circuit boards, an electric circuit composed of a conductive pattern and a circuit element is constituted. Furthermore, the circuit boards are integrally supported by a sealing resin (14). The lead (25) connected to the electric circuit formed on a surface of the circuit board is lead out to the external from the sealing resin (14). |
