A fish breeding method using osmotic pressure control ability is provided to enable a user to use existing facilities and equipments as they are by breeding fish by increasing salinity of a water tank from a low salinity to a salinity corresponding to the seawater. A fish breeding method using osmotic pressure control ability comprises: a hatching and growth step(S101) of hatching eggs of fish in a fresh water tank and growing them during a regular time; a seawater adapting step(S102) of adapting the grown fish to a salinity corresponding to seawater by moving the fish to a breeding water tank and increasing the salinity of the tank by stages at every regular time; and a forwarding step(S103) of forwarding the seawater-adapted fish. In the seawater adapting step, the salinity is increased to 34 permill through 10 stages by 3.4 permill per selected time interval in a range of 7 to 60 hours.
