A circular duct connection device and a method thereof are provided to simplify the assembling work of circular ducts in a straight, L-shaped or T-shaped connection part thereof by using ring flanges without welding, thereby reducing the time and cost in the assembling work. A circular duct connection device includes circular flanges(20a,21a) formed at facing ends of circular ducts(20,21) integrally by bending the ends outward, wherein the circular ducts are coupled with each other. A gasket(23) is mounted between the circular flanges for preventing liquid or gas from leaking out of the ducts. Ring flanges(24,25) are mounted to outer surfaces of the circular ducts and outside the circular flanges symmetrically with respect to a center line of the gasket, wherein the ring flanges are bent in the shape of "L". A plurality of coupling bolts(28) penetrate a plurality of through-holes formed in the ring flanges to be fastened to nuts(27) so as to press the gasket tightly by the circular flanges.
