A locking device in a dishwasher for business use is provided to improve convenience of use by initializing a dishwasher which is stopped by inputting the password through a manipulation part. A locking device in a dishwasher for business use comprises a manipulation part(110), a limit switch detection part(180), a memory(150), and a control part(140). The manipulation part is capable of inputting the password in automatic stop, and inputting a function for operating a dishwasher. The limit switch detection part controls a detection signal of plural limit switches, or detects exchanging of a temperature sensor. The memory has a control program for controlling operation of the dishwasher, the password, and a reference data for detecting the disassembling condition of a main body or exchanging of the temperature sensor. The control part re-locks the dishwasher which is automatically stopped if the normal password is input through the manipulation part. The limit switch detection part provides an alarming signal to the control part by detecting the short of the temperature sensor.
