A structure for connecting fluid paths for a vehicle engine is provided to prevent a conjunction sleeve from being broken during a fluid path connection process and to improve workability by simply interconnecting fluid paths without using additional coupling parts. A structure for connecting fluid paths for a vehicle engine comprises a conjunction sleeve(30) and a part having fluid paths. The conjunction sleeve includes a sealing rubber layer(32) integrally formed with the outer peripheral surface of a metal pipe. The part has an insertion coupling section provided at a front end portion of a fluid path such that the fluid paths are connected with each other. An adhering protrusion(33) is formed at the upper and lower portions of the sealing rubber layer such that sealing performance of the sealing rubber layer is improved.
