A construction method of an ecological forest is provided to form a plant community similar to that of a damaged forest by making a forest in an ecological restoration area by using the surface soil and seeds collected from the damaged forest. A construction method of an ecological forest comprises the steps of: (a) collecting fallen leaves and surface soil in a damaged forest, mixing them with an organic soil conditioner, fermenting the mixture, mixing it with the soil of an ecological restoration area to make a surface soil for transplantation, and covering the ecological restoration area with the surface soil; (b) examining species of plants that inhabit the damaged forest, gathering seeds of the plants, and raising pot-seedlings to a height of 0.7~3m by using the seeds; (c) planting at least one of the pot-seedlings in the ecological restoration area per 2m^2; (d) covering the surface soil of the ecological restoration area with fallen leaves to maintain moisture and inhibit the growth of weeds; and (e) thinning the seedlings and replanting for a tall tree, a medium-sized tree and a shrub to grow naturally in a fixed ratio. |
