A life convenience service processing system using terminals and a method thereof are provided to present a smooth intention delivery service by applying video telephony or chatting which can uses the Internet or mobile networks. A disaster situation processing system using a terminal(510) which can transmit and receive disaster information through a mobile network(520) comprises a G/W server(530), a recording part(525), a database server(540), a disaster situation processing part(560) and a communication part(580). The G/W server covers interfacing with the mobile network. The recording part records disaster information containing at least one among the state of a disaster, the date and time of disaster occurrence, the place of the disaster, and reporter information. The database server stores and manages countermeasure information, such as the received disaster information, the recorded disaster information, relief squad organization information, relief squad state information, etc., and associated institution information, such as basic information about associated institutions. The disaster situation processing part registers the disaster information, and transmits the disaster information and the countermeasure information to the associated institutions and the spot of the disaster.
