A block forming composition manufacturing device using fly-ash is provided to recycle the waste material by mixing fly-ash and clay, and to equalize the quality of bricks by supplying the fixed quantity of fly-ash mixed with clay. A block forming composition manufacturing device using fly-ash sorts out and crushes fly-ash supplied from a silo tank(100) and clay supplied from a feeder(500), in a stone sorter(600) and a crusher(700), kneads fly-ash and clay in a mixer(800), supplies raw material by using a volumetric feeder(300), and molds blocks by a dust collector(400) collecting dust generated during a raw material transfer process. The fixed quantity of fly-ash discharged from the silo tank is poured from the volumetric feeder to the mixer by installing the volumetric feeder between the silo tank and the mixer. The dust collector is installed at the upper part of the mixer to collect dust generated from the volumetric feeder and the mixer. The dust collector and the volumetric feeder are connected by a first dust collecting hose(402). |
