摘要 A CMOS(Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor) antenna switch system, method and apparatus using body switching in a multi-stack structure are provided to implement a high level of isolation between antennas of a receiving end or antennas of a transmitting end, and considerably reduce a leakage current and an insertion loss. An antenna(100) operates in a plurality of RF(Radio Frequency) bands. A transmission switch(102) communicates with the antenna. A reception switch(104) communicates with the antenna. The reception switch includes a plurality of transistors(108,110,112,106) having the first transistor having a body substrate, and the body substrate is selectively connected to one of a resistor and a ground. The body switching transistor operates to selectively connect the body substrate of the first transistor to one of the resistor and the ground. The body switching transistor includes a source(106a) electrically connected with the body substrate of the first transistor and a drain(106c) connected with the ground.
