A heat storage tank including a heat exchanger having an expansion tank function is provided to manufacture the heat storage tank at low cost by modifying the structure of the heat exchanger and to allow heat to be transferred between a high temperature heat exchanger fluid, which passes through the heat exchanger, and water in the heat storage tank. A heat storage tank including a heat exchanger having an expansion tank function comprises a heat exchanger(20). The heat exchanger includes an outer tub(21), an inner tub(22), upper and lower plates(23,24) fixed to the top and bottom surfaces the outer and inner tubs, and plural pipes(25) that pass through the upper and lower plates. Heat exchanger fluid is filled in a space section formed in the heat exchanger. The heat exchanger is installed in the heat storage tank such that the heat exchanger fluid transferred through a transfer pipe(2) is circulated between the outer and inner tubs.
