A product loading apparatus in manufacturing processes or a transfer line is provided to load and transfer products vertically and horizontally by maintaining elasticity. A product loading apparatus in manufacturing process or transfer line includes a base(11), products(12), and a plurality of block coupling bodies(20). The plurality of block coupling bodies includes elastic bodies. The block coupling bodies are mounted on the top surface of the base by the predetermined interval. The products are mounted on the top surface of the base and between the convex compositions to be partially contacted with the convex composition and to be fixed by the elasticity of elastic bodies.
