A roaster is provided to prevent flame from generating and eliminate contamination of indoor air by precluding falling of oil generated during roasting of meat onto a heat source. A roaster comprises a roasting plate(100), an oil guide(200), an oil outlet(500), and a handle(700). The roasting plate curved toward the center from the periphery has a hot air path(110) penetrated through plural concentric circles. The oil guide is formed on an inner concentric circle of a blocking plate(210) extended to the periphery of the roasting plate. The oil outlet extended from the center at a predetermined interval induces oil to the oil guide. The handle extended from the oil guide is curved outward from the oil guide. The heat path is penetrated from the outside to the inside of the roasting plate to have the predetermined height toward the horizontal direction. |
