A signal input device and an electronic device using the same are provided to input inputting signals in various input manners and reduce power consumption by enabling only a particular LED to be emitted according to a result of contact with the exterior. A PCB(Printed Circuit Board)(100) implements various functions. A plurality of LEDs(Light Emitting Diodes)(300) are electrically connected with the PCB and operate individually. A display window(400) is installed at an upper portion of the LEDs and check light emitted from the LEDs. An intermediate member(200) transfers an input signal inputted to the display window according to a contact with the exterior to the PCB and makes light emitted from the LEDs irradiated to a portion of the display window. The input signal is static electricity generated according to a contact with a human body. A controller controls the operation of the LEDs by recognizing the capacity of the static electricity according to a position of the display window that comes in contact with the human body.
