摘要 A synchronous rectification switching regulator, a control circuit for a synchronous rectification switching regulator, and a control method thereof are provided to output the exact output voltage even in the case of rapid step-up or step-down according to the external signal. A synchronous rectification switching regulator includes a step-down switching transistor(M1), a step-down synchronous rectification transistor(M2), a step-up switching transistor(M3), a step-up synchronous rectification transistor(M4), an over-current detection circuit(7), and a control circuit unit(2). The step-down switching transistor performs switching for dropping voltage and performs charging to an inductor(L1) by the input voltage. The step-down synchronous rectification transistor performs switching for dropping voltage and performs discharging of the inductor. The step-up switching transistor performs switching for boosting voltage and performs charging to the inductor by the input voltage. The step-up synchronous rectification transistor performs switching for boosting voltage and performs discharging the inductor. The over-current detection circuit detects over-current and outputs the detection results. The control circuit unit controls the switching transistor, the step-down synchronous rectification transistor, the step-up switching transistor, and the step-up synchronous rectification transistor to make the output voltage from the output terminal constant.
