An antenna (100) is operated at RF bands. A transmit switch (102) is in communication with the antenna. A receiver switch (104) is in communication with the antenna. The receiver switch comprises transistors (108,110,112) including a first transistor with a body substrate (108d). The body substrate is selectively connected between a resistor and ground. An independent claim is also included for the method of providing CMOS antenna switch.
