A handle structure of a flap door in a bus is provided to prevent foreign matters such as moisture and dust from infiltrating into a part in which a handle of the flap door is installed by attaching weather strip to the handle. A handle structure of a flap door in a bus comprises a handle(10), an operating rod(13), two levers(14,15) and a release rod(17). The handle pivots bi-directionally on a hinge shaft installed to the flap door. The operating rod is connected the handle at one end. The lever is connected to the other end of the operating rod by a pin(16). The lever rotates in two directions with regard to the flap door. One end of the release rod is connected to each lever and the other end is connected to a locking device of the flap door. The handle shapes into a box and has an opening, which is formed to permit a user to put his or her fingers so as to operate the handle. The handle is provided with the hinge shaft(11) formed at its two ends to be fit to the flap door. A weather strip(12), which is formed like a square, is attached to the back of the handle.
