Basalt concrete for making railroad tie, type JŽ 70 is original mixture of magmatic ore and cement, which shows high physical-mechanica characteristics and enables creaion of special type of concrete rail track foundation, especially applicable for high speed railways. Invention belongs to concrete application as building material in railway system and can be produced in large series. Application of this invention affects to change composition of concrete for making standard rail track foundations of current portion of cement for making standard rail track foundation by replacement of current portion of cement with crushed magmatic ore. Basalt concrette is a brand new material, ecologically clean, easy for implementation; it provides higher level of safety, with improved physical-mechanical characteristics than current rail track foundations and enables significant financial savings because crushed basalt ore is cheaper then concrete.
