The desquamating agent is alpha -hydroxy acids, beta -hydroxy acids, nicotinic acid and its derivatives, ascorbic acid and its derivatives, urea and its derivatives, (N-2 hydroxyethylpiperazine-N-2-ethane)-sulfonic acid, 2-oxothiazolidine-4-carboxylic acid derivatives (procysteine), dioic acid and its derivatives, preferably glycolic acid, citric acid, lactic acid, tartaric acid, malic or mandelic acid, salicylic acid, n-octanoyl-5-salicylic acid, glucoside ascorbyl and magnesium ascorbyl phosphate. The glycosaminoglycan and/or desquamating agent are conditioned in separate compositions, and constitutive of the cosmetic set. #CMT#PHARMACEUTICALS : #/CMT# Preferred Process: The process further comprises: applying the first composition, the second composition and optionally the third composition, topically on the skin, in a medium; contacting the compositions with the skin for 5 minutes to 6 hours; and optionally eliminating the composition by rinsing. Preferred Composition: The composition comprises (in wt.%): a desquamating agent (1-70, preferably 5-50); and glycosaminoglycan (0.01-10, preferably 1-3). The composition is applied to people with acne, wrinkles, acne marks or chicken pox marks, dull and/or uneven complexion and/or pigmentation flaws.
