A driving control system for engine accessories and a control method thereof are provided to minimize operation of engine accessories by operating engine accessories through the driving force wasted by the speed reduction of a vehicle. A control method of a driving control system of engine accessories includes a first step(S10) detecting the difference between engine RPM and turbine RPM if power is transmitted between an engine and vehicle wheels during travel and if it is a fuel cut-off condition during travel, a second step of detecting the temperature of coolant if the difference is a preset value or lower, a third step(S12) of judging whether the temperature of coolant detected in the second step is 91 deg.C or higher, a fourth step(S14) of operating a cooling fan if the temperature is 91 deg.C or higher, a fifth step(S18) of stopping the operation of the cooling fan if the temperature is 91 deg.C or lower, a sixth step(S20) of detecting the temperature of coolant and judging whether the detected temperature of coolant is 95 deg.C or higher if any of the condition of the first step is not satisfied, or the difference between engine RPM and turbine RPM is larger than the preset value, a seventh step(S22) of operating the cooling fan if the detected temperature is 95 deg.C or higher, an eighth step(S24) of judging whether the temperature of coolant is 90 deg.C or lower, and a ninth step(S26) of stopping the operation of the cooling fan if the temperature is 90 deg.C or lower.
