A system and a method for managing city view information with RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) are provided to perform city view management effectively by recognizing/examining a signboard easily based on signboard data received from a requestor, attaching an RFID tag to the registered signboard, and examining all signboards with the small number of workers based on the attached RFID tag. A requestor terminal(2a-2n) enables a requestor to request signboard registration and receives/displays an examination result. A signboard manager PC(4) constructs a database with signboard registration information and the examination result, and enables the requestor to search/view the examination result. An RFID tag issuance PC(8) issues an RFID tag(14a-14n) which includes a serial number assigned to each signboard or building. A financial server(10) processes a signboard registration fee, and collects a fine imposed to the unregistered or changed signboard. An SIMS(Signal Information Management Server) informs the requestor terminal of the examination result, orders issuance of the RFID tag by transferring the serial number to the RFID tag issuance PC, and transmits/displays the corresponding signboard information to an RFID reader(12) transmitting the serial number of the RFID tag attached to the signboard. |
