The pump has a retaining tube (10) with a receiving space (12), and a returning element (13) i.e. spring, installed in the space. A movable tube (20) is received in the space. A pressure driving head (21) extends from a top of the tube (20), and includes an outlet (211). The tube (20) moves axially in the tube (10), when pressure is applied to the head. An air isolation chamber (33) is formed by an isolation device (30) and the tube (20). A part of liquid in the tube (10) is stored in the chamber, so as to be formed with an air isolation layer, with the pressing effect of the tube (20).
