THE CUTTING APPARATUS FOR A MATERIALS OF A SYSTEM FOR GREEN VEGETABLE JUICE

An ingredient cutter of a green juice making system is provided to enable smooth cutting operations even at a low rotative velocity of a few blades, prevent the overload of blades, and enlarge the range of available ingredients for green juice. An ingredient cutter of a green juice making system comprises: a transfer screw(3) which is installed in an ingredient transfer pipe(1) having a hopper(2) and is rotated by a screw-driving motor(4) and a belt(5); a first cutting rotary-blade which is separably fastened to the end part of a transfer wing of the transfer screw through a bracket(7); a round pipe-shaped hub(8) which is installed at the side end of an outlet of the ingredient transfer pipe and includes an ingredient passage, a support rib and a shaft support part; a plurality of first cutting fixed-blades which is separably fastened to the inside of the support rib, corresponding to the first cutting rotary-blade; a second cutting-part housing(10) which has an opening and an ingredient outlet(13) and is movably installed at the outlet side of the ingredient transfer pipe through a hinge shaft; and a second cutting knife(17) which is fixed near the hub and secondly cuts the firstly cut ingredient passing through the ingredient passage of the hub.
