<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fruits pickled in syrup, having excellent appearance and improved in flavor peculiar to fruits even in the case of using fruits from which fruit skin is peeled off or fruits before full maturity. <P>SOLUTION: A method for producing the fruits pickled in syrup comprises soaking fruits in syrup liquid containing sucralose.
