A solar power generation system is provided to improve efficiency of the system and to reduce weight, size, and cost of the system by removing a three-phase high voltage transformer. A solar power generation system includes a DC-DC converter and a three-phase inverter. The DC-DC converter boosts DC voltage generated from a solar cell. The three-phase inverter converts DC power into user AC power. The solar power generation system converts the user AC power into high voltage AC power. The DC-DC converter is realized in a multi-string type by independently performing an MPPT(Maximum Power Point Tracking) function without arranging the solar cells in parallel. A DC storage condenser stores generation power of each of the solar cells through the DC-DC converter.
