SOLUTION: A document management device includes: a display part 21 for displaying information about workspace or the like; a display data creating part 22 for creating data as the source of information to be displayed; a display state storage part 23 for storing the display state of the workspace; an operation accepting part 24 for accepting user operations; a display state recognizing part 25 for recognizing the display state according to the information stored in the display state storage part 23; a page creating part 26 for creating a page object according to the display state; a page storage part 27 for storing the page object created; and a page changing part 28 for making a change to the page object stored in the page storage part 27.
