PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sustain insulation of a feeding terminal by preventing whisker generated in the feeding terminal of a bus bar unit from touching a bracket or a case. SOLUTION: The brushless motor 1 comprises a stator core 5 applied with a stator coil 6 and contained in a case 4, a bracket 24 fixed to the end of the case 4, a bus bar unit 7 having a feeding terminal 11 fixed to one end side of the stator core 5 and connected with the end of the stator coil 6, and a bracket holder unit 35 made of synthetic resin and fixed to the bracket 24. On the outer circumference of the bracket holder unit 35, a tubular insulating wall 55 is provided to project along the axial direction. The insulating wall 55 is arranged between the feeding terminal 11 and the inner circumferential surface of the case 4 and the bracket 24. Whisker generated in the feeding terminal 11 is blocked by the insulating wall 55 and does not touch the case 4 or the bracket 24. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
