<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holding tool with a simple structure that adheringly holds an adhered object with a sufficient adhesive holding force while allowing the adhered object to be removed in a desired manner. <P>SOLUTION: The holding tool 1 includes an adhesive sheet 5, which is capable of adheringly holding the adhered object on its surface, and a protrusion mechanism 30 that is located on the side opposite to the surface with respect to the adhesive sheet 5 and allows a part of the adhesive sheet 5 to be protruded relative to the adhesive sheet 5 from the side opposite to the surface when removing the adhered object, adheringly held on the adhesive sheet 5, from the adhesive sheet 5. Though the holding tool 1 has a simple structure, it is possible to significantly reduce a contact area between the adhesive sheet 5 and the object adhered by the protrusion mechanism 30.
