PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing process of a tire for efficiently molding an acoustic absorption tool by including a foam material in a green tire beforehand to foam this utilizing a vulcanization process. SOLUTION: The manufacturing process of a pneumatic tire for manufacturing the pneumatic tire provided with the acoustic absorption tool formed of a foamed body and extending in a tire peripheral direction on the side of the internal void 9a of a tread part comprises a process of arranging the foam material 10G compounded with a foaming agent on the side of the internal void 9a to mold the green tire 30 and a process of vulcanizing the green tire 30 using a gold M mold and a bladder B. The vulcanization process comprises a first stage of adhering the bladder B to the internal void 9a of the tread part by supplying high-pressure fluid inside the bladder B to carry out vulcanization and a second stage of directly separating the bladder B from the internal void 9a of the tread part by carrying out vacuuming of the bladder B after the first stage to accelerate foaming of the foam material 10G.
