PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a flexible metal laminated sheet having few defects caused by foreign substances and excellent in appearance quality by effectively eliminating the foreign substances stuck on a protective material by a simple method. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the flexible metal laminated sheet 5, in which a metal material is continuously bonded on at least one face of a heat-resistant adhesive film 2 under thermocompression by using a hot roll, has the process for processing the protective material 3 by an electrically conductive pressure-sensitive adhesive roll 8, and the process for arranging the protective material 3 between the hot roll and the metal material and heat-pressure-bonding the heat-resistant adhesive film and the metal material.
