<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cartridge for filtration which enables recycling by using a new membrane filter even if an initially used fused margin becomes unusable by the peeling of an old membrane filter from a filtration plate. <P>SOLUTION: The cartridge for filtration is dipped in a water treatment tank so that it may be located upper an aeration pipe and used so as to conduct water filtration. In addition, the cartridge 1 for filtration comprises a plastic filtration plate 2 and membrane filters which cover the front and back surfaces of the filtration plate 2. A filtrated water-sucking nozzle 8 is formed at the upper end edge of the filtration plate 2. Filtrated water flow-in grooves 6 are formed in parallel at equal intervals on the front and back surfaces of the filtration plate 2 so that they may be connected to the filtrated water-sucking nozzle 8. The filtration plate 2 is provided with; a first fused margin 13 formed between the edge part of the outer periphery of the filtration plate 2 and a filtrated water flow-in groove 6-forming part; and a second fused margin 14 formed between the first fused margin 13 and the filtrated water flow-in groove 6-forming part; the first and second welding margins being formed on the front and back surfaces of the filtration plate 2 and being for connecting and fixing the periphery of the membrane filters 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
